The kitchenette was convenient for preparing our own meals, making our stay more enjoyable.
The size of the front room was cramped for our party of five, making it difficult to navigate around the furniture.

the carpet smells like a old gym socks, and the only small bathroom mirror was underwhelming, especially for seven people. absolutely no special treatment, I expected at least a complimentary bottle of wine for such a premium price. would've been nice to receive that during my stay. I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn’t.

Our group had a great experience staying in the family room. It was clean and well-furnished, equipped with all the basics one might need for cooking. The location was perfect for organizing our adventures in Seward, and the peaceful environment helped us recharge for the next day. However, the staff seemed a bit reactive rather than proactive in accommodating our needs, requiring us to make a few trips to the office to clarify arrangements.

The Tides Inn felt like a hidden gem. The layout of our Family Room offered a cozy vibe, making it easy to relax after a day of adventures. I loved the kitchenette. it had all the essentials for cooking meals, which saved us from dining out every day. A pleasant surprise were the comfortable beds, perfect for a good night's sleep. Location-wise, being just a short walk from restaurants and shops made everything super convenient for us. However, the bathroom was on the smaller side, and I could have used more towels. I also noticed the carpet was not as clean as I expected. Plus, we had a minor hiccup with some of our arrangements that required extra trips to the office, which felt a bit cumbersome. Lastly, while the noise from outside wasn't too disruptive, soundproofing could definitely use some improvement.

Cozy setting and great amenities
Staying here felt like being in a cozy family cottage. The accommodations were spacious with two comfortable beds and a living area where we enjoyed watching Netflix. The mini kitchen was perfect for making our own meals, and the shower had excellent water pressure. However, some outside noise came through the door, which could be improved with better soundproofing.
